Sofia Leal Rodrigues holds a PhD in Communication Design (2012), a Master in Theories of Art (2002) and a degree in Communication Design (1998) from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon. She is currently Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon, in the Department of Communication Design. She is a researcher at CIEBA – Centre for Research and Studies in Fine Arts. Her research interests include the history of design, typography and publishing.
