
Mónica Lameiro
Mónica Lameiro (Caldas da Rainha, 1977) is a PhD student in Design at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon, specialist in the area of Audiovisuals and Media Production – Graphic Design (2019) and graduated in Design and Technology of Graphic Arts from the School of Technology of the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar (2000). As a researcher, she is a doctoral member of CIAUD-FAUL and the Center for Studies and Research in Graphic Technologies and Scientific Communication of ISEC Lisboa (TGRAF). Her area of interest is editorial design, visual identity and cultural communication.
She is an adjunct professor at the School of Communication, Arts and Creative Industries of ISEC Lisboa and coordinator of the Degree in Design and Graphic Production. She is part of the organizing committee of the International Conference on Design and Graphic Arts (CIDAG) and the ISEC Lisbon Creative Industries Meetings (CLIP).
Her professional career includes her work as a designer with Henrique Cayatte (2000-2015) and her work in the area of show communication, where she has more than 75 artistic productions for theater shows.
